To our Traders Inn Owners,


It is unfortunate that not everyone could attend the Annual Owners Meeting on Saturday, November 11, 2017. We believe there was much good news presented which we want to share with you.

The following should hopefully answer some of the questions you have:

• We anticipate being open January 2018.

• We will start taking reservations for compensation for the loss of your week(s) after January 2nd or as soon as we are open, whichever is later.

• The Maintenance Fees will remain the same as 2017.

• There will be NO Special Assessment this year nor will there be until everything has been resolved.

• Some exterior work (Concrete Restoration and Painting) will still have to be done while we’re open. Sorry for any inconvenience.
