That's right ... Unit 309 for Week 7, Daytona Speedweeks, is for sale NOW!

February 2020 would have been my 25th and final year to my deed lease agreement purchased in 1995, but after finding out that the TIBC committee decided to play God with our financial responsibilities and void our deeds and lease agreements and make all units actual timeshares, making us responsible for our units every year forever, I've decided to sell my unit. I have had no use for this unit since 2002, and especially after moving to Florida in 2008, but have had to pay the obligated association fees every year nevertheless.

I paid $2,000 for Unit 509 in 1995 and in 2011 with NASCAR's schedule change, had to pay another $300 to swap from Week 6 to Week 7 and into a different unit, #309.

I'm willing to sell my unit for $1,500 to any TIBC unit owner who has a friend who might be interested in taking this Daytona Speedweek rare opportunity, or even for only $1,000 to any TIBC unit owner, who would like to keep their current unit and have another for Speedweeks as well.
