To our Owners and Guests,


Like you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus and how it is impacting our community. For us that means understanding how it affects our guests and employees and then making the necessary adjustments to our property and operations to ensure that your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

With the safety of our guests and staff at the forefront of our mind, we have implemented several safety precautionary measures at our property in response to the coronavirus threat.

In addition, we will stop offering coffee in our owners lounge temporarily, however we still will supply the individual coffee packets for your room. The ice machine is also a potential source of contamination and we have shut that down as well. We will be suspending the Coffee and Donut meetings on Tuesdays until things have settled to avoid unnecessary exposure. Of course, as always, Kathy will be available at her desk by phone or one on one visits for any questions or concerns.

There will be NO rescheduling of owner weeks, as we remain open and leave it to your judgement whether you will travel or not.

If you don't feel well, we encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines. Please do not risk contaminating others.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do what we can to protect you and our employees.
