great experience

Another week 19/20 has passed and want to say thank you. The improvements we see each year continue to surprise. Really looking forward to each year and see what is new at TIBC.

I want to comment on the staff that you assembled...OUTSTANDING. I'm sorry that I do not know every ones name, but it would be very difficult to improve. From Mary Beth's smile as you enter the club to Charlene the 4th floor attendant. Our unit 410 was always checked on and she helped with our needs, towels, paper products, etc. The gentleman in the laundry ALWAYS initiated conversation and had a smile. Even the night watchman asked how we were doing after (several) nights on the town. You have a class organization.

Again a big thanks to April as she always has the answers during the year when we inquire.

Linda and I are so happy for you Kathy that your contract has been extended for 3 more years. Since your arrival TIBC is the GEM of the area.
