Welcome to The Traders Inn Beach Club

The Traders Inn Beach Club staff would like to take this opportunity to welcome you into our condominium family. We value our friendship with all our time-share owners, and we are always eager to make new friends. From the beginning of your ownership we want you to be aware that we are here to serve you, and we are always open to any of your comments and suggestions. Our staff strives daily to make this one of the best time-share resorts here in Ormond Beach.

In addition to the Traders Inn Beach Club staff, we have a very hard working Board of Directors, each of which are owners at the resort. It is their job to make sure this resort operates to its fullest potential.

Each year Annual Owners Meetings are held in November. The budget is presented and approved by the owners. These fees are used to operate Traders inn Beach Club; paying bills such as insurance coverage, maintenance repairs, staff salaries and funding of reserves for the future. In addition to the maintenance fees and reserve fees, you are assessed by the county of Volusia in the state of Florida for Real Estate Taxes on you unit/week(s). As you can see, these monies are vital to the operation and success of Traders Inn Beach Club. Therefore, it is the obligation of each time-share owner to make sure all maintenance fees are paid when due.
