Owner Merit Week

Why a Merit Week Program? The Board of Directors and Resort Staff want to show their appreciation to the Owners for making the Resort a friendly and enjoyable place to stay. Your ownership is a significant contributor to the success of the Resort. This is a way of showing our appreciation and saying THANK YOU.

Traders Inn Beach Club is pleased to announce a promotional MERIT WEEK offer to our Owners. Our hope is that our Owners and their Guests take advantage of this opportunity so they can create the vacation they deserve. Bring friends, family or add a week to an existing vacation. The possibilities are plentiful. The units subject to this plan are limited to those owned by Traders Inn Beach Club Association.

Terms & Conditions:

• Each Traders Inn Beach Club Owner is eligible to request a MERIT WEEK reservation, as long as the Owner is up to date in the payment of all ownership fees. If an account is on Payment Plan Arrangements, the Owner's account must be first Paid in Full to be eligible.
• Only the Owner can make a MERIT WEEK reservation.
• Traders Inn Beach Club cannot guarantee either the availability of a unit, unit type or specific weeks. There is a limited supply of TIBC owned units requiring a First Come, First Serve Practice.
• Special Event Weeks including, but not limited to: Race Week, Bike Week, 4th of July and Biketoberfest are not eligible for this program.
• There are no restrictions on the number of MERIT WEEK reservations that an Owner can make. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of weeks available during Peak Season to ensure ample opportunities for all of our owners.
• Reservations may only be made 30 days prior to the requested date during the Peak Season and 60 days prior to the requested date the rest of year.
• A per week fee of $279.00 for Ocean Reef and Starfish Units or $249.00 for Dolphin and Seashell Units applies. Fee is due at the time of the MERIT WEEK reservation confirmation. All Taxes have been included. These fees are non-negotiable.
• Traders Inn Beach Club Owners may also make MERIT WEEK reservations for their friends and/or family members. There is a $30 Guest Certificate Fee, which is due at the time of reservation.
• MERIT WEEK fee and Guest Certificate Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Just as units are based upon availability, so are the unit types.
• Guest must be at least 18 years of age with a Valid photo ID and credit card imprint required at check-in as a security deposit only.
• Damages to the unit are the responsibility of the Owner, including damages that may occur during a guest's reservation.
• All bookings of reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person occupying the unit.
• Guests are expected to abide by all rules of conduct at the resort. Guests shall be responsible for all personal charges.

The Terms and Conditions set forth constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Traders Inn Beach Club Association, Inc. You may use the MERIT WEEK program offered provided you comply with the Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using this program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The Terms are meant to protect all of our members and your use of the MERIT WEEK program signifies your agreement with these Terms. Traders Inn Beach Club Association, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately. You acknowledge that all reservations obtained through the MERIT WEEK program are NON-CANCELABLE. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS FOR ANY REASON(S), INCLUDING IF THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS USED IS LESS THAN SEVEN (7).
